To audition for Total B.S. here is what you do.  The link (download songs to learn.....) below has full versions of the songs for you to hear.  Download "Following Forward Beta 4" and "For another day" from the "download songs to learn...." link.  Then go to the link with your instrument on it, i.e. "drummers..." , "Guitarist...." and download the learning aids.  Most of the learning aids are the songs without your instrument, so you can play along or songs with your instrument boosted in the mix, so you can hear it more clearly.  When you are ready send us and email with your contact info in it, we will proceed from there, use the "Contact Us" link above

To download practice tracks see the list below for your instrument ... i.e. drums, guitar and keys.  Right mouse click on the link and choose "Save Target As" or "Save link As" if when you click the link it starts to play the song in Windows Media Player or QuickTime player and your computer will ask where you want to save the file. Put the files where you want so you can access them whenever or burn them to CD. The practice tracks are the songs without your instrument in the mix.

Who is Total B.S. and what are We up to?

We (Blair Gray and Sara Rockoff who are co founders of the group) are in the process of wrapping production on our first label release with “Prog Rock Records.”

We have started doing gigs in and around the LA area and are prospecting for touring opportunities to further promote our release and ourselves and grow our fan base.

We have been exploring ways to market our music on a global scale: seeking label interest, management and whatever business opportunities we can find, including getting our music on movie and commercial soundtracks etc.

Goals

Our immediate goals are to continue to gig and develop ourselves as a live act thereby growing our fan base as well as our musician network.  We are currently working with a number of players and are always looking for new talent.  All comers are welcome.

We’re working on getting a booking agent and plan to tour in support of our release and grow our following nationally and internationally.  We’ve started writing for our second release, but are still focused on polishing up tracks for our first label release.

Where do we rehearse?

We currently rehearse in our LA apartment.  We have found the rent by the hour studios have served our purposes up until now but would consider getting a lockout with the individual(s) concerned if the circumstances called for it.
